**Please note when registering**

• Jazz is not required for enrollment into Hip Hop (but it is recommended)
• Ballet is not required Contemporary or Lyrical (but it is recommended)
• All classes are subject to change
• The registration fee is non-refundable
• The Dance Season is based on the number of classes for the year/season, divided by 8 months and averaged for the monthly tuition amount

Registrations submitted without registration fee will not be accepted. You will be directed to pay for the registration when you submit this form below.

September/April fees are due upon confirmation of classes and will be applied to the credit card that was used for Registration.  September/April fees are non-refundable.

Payment Terms

A. Upon Class Confirmation being sent, the Sept/April payment will be made on the Visa or MC provided for the registration fee. Recurring credit card payments being set up for the first of October thru March. Upon receipt of this payment choice registration will be considered complete.

B. Upon Class Confirmation being sent, full tuition payment will be made on the credit card provided for the Registration Fee. Upon receipt of this payment choice, the registration will be considered complete.
